"Asked and repeated for a specific insurance coverage for a new vehicle for my teen daughter. Later after a tornado caused damage to the vehicle, I was told I had lower insurance coverage. When I called to figure out the issue I was told there must have been miscommunication and liability insurance was applied to my vehicle when I called the first time. It was not miscommunication, it was a mistake on the agents part. Had they just taken responsibility, it would have been a lot easier to get past. Instead they tried to gaslight as I said something different. Make sure you go over all of your paperwork with this agency. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes, or just go to a more competent location."
